Lucas Torreira has asked the Gunners to listen to offers for his signature as he continues to find playing time hard to come by.
The former Sampdoria star was one of Unai Emery’s trusted midfielders last season and he was expected to play a pivotal role for the club this season.
However, he has been pushed further down the pecking order by Emery’s preference to field Dani Ceballos, Granit Xhaka, and Matteo Guendozi.
Torreira has started the last two games as Xhaka has been frozen out, but the midfielder is reportedly still unsettled at the Emirates.
Fans have been calling for Emery to use the Uruguayan more often but the Spanish manager, who has been using different tactics this season, has preferred using the likes of Joe Willock in midfield.
Reports from Italy via Metro Sports claims that Milan are interested in signing Torreira and he has told the Gunners to listen to offers for his signature.
Milan has also shown interest in the embattled Granit Xhaka but the Italians are yet to make up their mind on which of the midfielders to sign.
