Arsenal face tough battle to keep hold of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang as Inter Milan and Barcelona continue to circle.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang’s current form is both good and bad for Arsenal at the same time.

The Gabonese attacker scored twice to down Everton at the weekend and help Arsenal maintain their unbeaten start to 2020, however, his red hot form is also bringing attention to him from other top sides.

The attacker has been attracting the attention of Europe’s top sides for some time now and Star Sports is claiming that Inter Milan and Barcelona have their eyes firmly on the former Borussia Dortmund man.

The report claims that Inter Milan are bracing themselves for a bid from Barcelona for their attacker, Lautaro Martinez, and they want Aubameyang to replace the Argentinean should Barca trigger his release clause.

The Catalans also have Aubameyang on their radar. They targeted the Gabon captain when Luis Suarez injured himself and was ruled out for the rest of the season, but Arsenal held firm in their intention not to sell their star man in January.

With 18 months left on his current deal, Arsenal would struggle to hold onto him if he wants to leave and they will also be very lucky if they can get close to the fee they paid for him in January 2018.
